Experience: The qualified candidate must have at least 2-3 years of operations management experience in a manufacturing environment. Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Experience in hot dip galvanizing, steel fabrication, or other custom metal coating operation is preferred. General Description: Responsibilities include but are not limited to coordinating and overseeing plant production, managing materials and staff, monitoring performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and determining areas of improvement.
